Costs and health insurance

Transparency builds trust. We openly explain what the health insurance covers, what the remaining financing covers, and what you pay yourself.

What the basic insurance covers

If the care services are medically prescribed, the statutory health insurance will cover the main part of the costs in accordance with the nationally uniform tariffs.

Clarification, consultation, and coordination: CHF 76.90 / hr
Medical care: CHF 63.00 / hr
Basic care: CHF 52.60 / h

Patient participation and residual financing

In addition to your franchise and deductible, you will personally pay a statutory patient contribution of a maximum of CHF 15.35 per day, at most CHF 5,613.70 per year. Your canton or municipality of residence will cover the remaining financing.

Household management and care

Household services and support are not a mandatory benefit of basic insurance. Depending on your supplementary insurance, they will be covered partially or billed directly. We will provide you with a clear cost overview before you begin, so you know what to expect.

Children, adolescents, and special cases

Individuals up to 18 years of age and benefits covered by disability insurance, accident insurance, or military insurance are exempt from patient cost-sharing. Outpatient acute and transitional care in the two weeks following a hospital stay is also fully financed by health insurance and public authorities.

Care is more than just looking after someone. It is our promise to be there.

Request consultation

Is the initial consultation really free?

Yes. The initial consultation is free and non-binding for you. Billable services will only begin once we jointly decide to work together and the medical prescription is available.

No. You can contact us directly at any time. We will only need the doctor's prescription later for billing nursing services through the health insurance company, and we will be happy to take care of that.

As a rule, within a few days following the initial consultation. In urgent situations, such as after hospital discharge, we arrange care on short notice.

Certainly. Many clients want to have their daughter, son, or a trusted person with them. Upon request, we also involve family members in the later care planning.

Your care plan is not a rigid document. If your needs change, we will adjust the services, frequency, and content together with you. This does not require a new application process.

Als moderner Spitex-Dienstleister arbeiten wir mit OPAN zusammen – dem sicheren Online-Anmeldesystem für die Schweiz. Pünktlich zu unserem Betriebsstart am 1. Oktober 2026 wird diese Funktion aufgeschaltet. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt können Spitäler, Arztpraxen, Beratungsstellen sowie Patientinnen, Patienten und deren Angehörige Neuanmeldungen rund um die Uhr direkt, digital und absolut datenschutzkonform an uns übermitteln.

So funktioniert die Anmeldung ab dem 1. Oktober

  1. Klicken Sie auf den untenstehenden Link, um direkt zum Anmeldeformular von nikea-spitex.ch auf der OPAN-Plattform zu gelangen.
  2. Wählen Sie aus, ob Sie die Anmeldung als Zuweiser (Spital, Arzt) oder als Privatperson (Patient, Angehörige) vornehmen.
  3. Füllen Sie die erforderlichen Angaben aus und senden Sie das Formular gesichert ab.

Nach dem Eingang der Meldung setzen wir sich umgehend mit Ihnen in Verbindung, um die nächsten Schritte und den Start der Pflege abzustimmen.
