Medical care
Dressing changes, injections, wound care, medication administration, and much more: As prescribed by your doctor, right in your home.
This is how treatment care proceeds
A prerequisite for medical treatment care is structured nursing care planning.
This is created based on the needs assessment.

Start of treatment care
The care plan offers you maximum transparency: You always know exactly which medical treatments are planned.
Continuous adaptation for your safety
Your needs may change – our care adapts.
Our qualified nursing staff continuously observe and reflect on the health status of our clients. Should the need for support change, we flexibly adapt the care plan at regular intervals and in close coordination.
This ensures that you always receive precisely the care you currently need.
Costs and health insurance
Transparency builds trust. We openly explain what the health insurance covers, what the remaining financing covers, and what you pay yourself.
Do you want to know more?
What the basic insurance covers
If the care services are medically prescribed, the statutory health insurance will cover the main part of the costs in accordance with the nationally uniform tariffs.
Clarification, consultation, and coordination: CHF 76.90 / hr
Medical care: CHF 63.00 / hr
Basic care: CHF 52.60 / h
Patient participation and residual financing
In addition to franchise and deductible, you yourself bear a statutory patient contribution. This is regulated by the canton and varies between CHF 7.65 and a maximum of CHF 15.35 per day. The remaining financing is covered by your canton of residence or your municipality of residence.
Household management and care
Household services and care are not a mandatory benefit of basic insurance. They are either reimbursed proportionally or billed directly, depending on the supplementary insurance.
Children, adolescents, and special cases
Individuals up to 18 years of age and benefits covered by disability insurance, accident insurance, or military insurance are exempt from patient cost-sharing. Outpatient acute and transitional care in the two weeks following a hospital stay is also fully financed by health insurance and public authorities.
Care is more than just looking after someone. It is our promise to be there.
True care begins with listening, not with following protocol.
