Nikea Spitex ist ein privater Spitex-Dienst mit Sitz im Kanton Zürich. Mit unserem engagierten Team erbringen wir Leistungen in den Bereichen der regulären Pflege, Palliative Care, Psychiatrie, Demenz, Wundversorgung und Hauswirtschaft. What awaits you with us
You accompany people where they feel most comfortable: at home.
This includes, among other things:
- Performing nursing services within your scope of practice and delegation by the registered nurse
- Participation in the care process and observation of changes and their documentation
- Support for clients in daily life and complex life situations
- Cooperation with registered nurses, relatives, and external specialists
- Co-creating a professional, warm nursing culture
Depending on your interests and experience, you will also work in areas such as dementia care, psychiatric nursing, or palliative care.

You'll be a great fit for us if you:
- eine Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit oder Betreuung EFZ mitbringst und möglichst bereits Berufserfahrung hast
- take responsibility and work independently
- Treat people with respect, empathy, and on equal footing.
- You enjoy working in a team as well as independently
- If you find quality of care important – not just efficiency
- are comfortable using digital tools (don't worry: we won't leave you to figure it out on your own)
) - holds a category B driver's license
- Ideally, you have your own car available for assignments within the service area
