Basic care

Personal care, dressing and undressing, and much more: we offer discreet and respectful support.

This is how basic care proceeds

A structured care plan is a prerequisite for basic care.
This is created based on the needs assessment.

Get in touch

Start of basic care

The care plan offers you maximum transparency: You will know exactly which basic care services are planned at all times.

Continuous adaptation for your safety

Your needs may change – our care adapts.
Our nursing staff continuously observe and reflect on the basic care needs of our clients. Should the need for support change, we flexibly adapt the care plan at regular intervals and in close coordination.
This ensures that you always receive precisely the care you currently need.

Costs and health insurance

Transparency builds trust. We openly explain what the health insurance covers, what the remaining financing covers, and what you pay yourself.

Do you want to know more?

What the basic insurance covers

If the care services are medically prescribed, the statutory health insurance will cover the main part of the costs in accordance with the nationally uniform tariffs.

Clarification, consultation, and coordination: CHF 76.90 / hr
Medical care: CHF 63.00 / hr
Basic care: CHF 52.60 / h

Patient participation and residual financing

In addition to franchise and deductible, you yourself bear a statutory patient contribution. This is regulated by the canton and varies between CHF 7.65 and a maximum of CHF 15.35 per day. The remaining financing is covered by your canton of residence or your municipality of residence.

Household management and care

Household services and support are not a mandatory benefit of basic insurance. Depending on your supplementary insurance, they will be covered proportionally or billed directly.

Children, adolescents, and special cases

Individuals up to 18 years of age and benefits covered by disability insurance, accident insurance, or military insurance are exempt from patient cost-sharing. Outpatient acute and transitional care in the two weeks following a hospital stay is also fully financed by health insurance and public authorities.

Care is more than just looking after someone. It is our promise to be there.

True care begins with listening, not with following protocol.

Frequently Asked Questions

We know the first step is often the hardest. Here you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Request consultation

Is the initial consultation really free?

Yes. The initial consultation before the actual needs assessment meeting is free of charge and non-binding for you. Billable services only begin once we mutually decide on collaboration and the medical prescription is available.

No. You can contact us directly at any time. We only need the doctor's prescription for the later billing of care services according to KLV [Swiss Health Insurance Act] via the health insurance provider, and we'll be happy to take care of that. You do not need a doctor's prescription for care services.

As a rule, within a few days after the scope of services has been jointly defined. In urgent situations, such as after hospital discharge, we organize care at short notice.

Certainly. Many clients want to have their daughter, son, or a trusted person with them. Upon request, we also involve family members in the later care planning.

Your care plan is not a rigid document. If your needs change, we will adapt the services, frequency, and content together with you.
